Over 122,700 people are living in the primary trade area and the daytime population is over 88,400 people. The median age is about 38-years old and the average household income is in excess of $144,000 per year. Nearby schools include All Saints Catholic High School (1,500 students) and the future Legacy K-9 school currently under construction (up to 905 students). Township is being constructed over multiple phases for both commercial and residential. Phase I was completed in 2021 and include 300,000 square feet of retail including Sobeys, Winners, Petsmart, Shoppers Drug Mart, Toys R’ Us / Babies R’ Us, Dollarama, Big Sky Fitness and Wine & Beyond. Phase II will bring an additional 85,000 square feet of retail to the site with premium exposure to Macleod Trail and connectivity to Phase I. Expected to be completed in Fall 2026, Phase II will include a line-up of exciting new retailers and is available for pre-leasing today! Township Collective is soon to be under construction and will feature +600 purpose-built rental units upon full build-out.
