We get the job done
Royop’s story started more than 50 years ago when our founder, Morris Kowall, began developing some of Western Canada’s first retail centres including Calgary’s first enclosed shopping mall and one of Calgary’s first high rise mixed-use residential towers, Roxboro House on 4th Street SW. In the years since, Royop has continued this legacy by building and managing commercial and retail centres through exceptional relationships, value, and care.
Our team of experienced, customer focused professionals are committed to creating best in class developments to serve our clients and their customers, from ground-breaking to completion and beyond.
From concept and development to construction and managing properties, we strive to create long term relationships. Always looking to bring state of the art and unique concepts to the market, Royop is a trusted company that gets the job done.
