We know that starting a new position at a new company can be daunting. Our Mentorship Program is designed to mitigate this, while kickstarting your career at Royop! From day one to six months, you’ll be paired with a “buddy” who will be your go-to for anything Royop related.


Royopians are fueled by fun! We gather monthly to celebrate individual and team milestones, host fitness challenges, environmental workshops, and other fun activities.


We believe in giving back locally and our team partakes in several philanthropic initiatives that consist of corporate donations and volunteering.
