A major redevelopment to a legacy Calgary Co-op grocery store site along 16th Avenue NE Calgary. The redevelopment includes the demolition of the existing grocery store and the addition of a new mixed-use building featuring a 40,000 square foot grocery store (Calgary Co-Op now open) and approximately 5,000 square feet of accompanying retail at grade with over 189 residential units above.
The redevelopment will also facilitate further densification to the site with the addition of a car wash and another 15,000 square feet of commercial services.
