The Gateway at Garrison Woods is a mixed-use project located on a former Canadian Forces Base located in SW Calgary's Marda Loop commercial area.

The project features 17,000 sq ft of street-fronting retail and 158 residential condominium units above and is widely regarded as one of Calgary’s earliest examples of New Urbanism-style development. Completed in 2002.
