ROYOP’S COVID-19 HEALTH & SAFETY COMMITMENT [Updated Sept 29th, 2021]
As the impact of COVID-19 has evolved across our province, we feel that we have an obligation to our stakeholders and broader community to uphold and promote COVID-19 protocols that are recommended by Alberta Health Services and the Government of Alberta.
RESTRICTIONS EXEMPTION PROGRAM
In alignment with our provincial Restrictions Exemption Program, Royop is committed to ensuring that we have the proper protocols in place for business continuity and the health and safety of our workplace, people, clients, tenants and vendors.
While our office is open, all our staff are being encouraged to use video conferencing or phone calls wherever possible in place of in-person meetings.
If you are visiting Royop’s office and have a scheduled in-person meeting, please follow the appropriate guidelines as set out below:
- Leading up to your meeting, please monitor your symptoms. If you are experiencing any symptoms related to COVID-19, please opt to isolate as per Alberta Health Services guidelines. Our team is flexible, and your meeting can be rescheduled or conducted virtually.
- Prior to your arrival at Royop, please email your proof of vaccination to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you are not vaccinated, please email your vaccination exemption letter along with a negative COVID-19 test result that was conducted no more than 24 hours of your scheduled meeting.
- Upon entering Royop, please ensure that you are wearing a mask.
- You will be required to sanitize your hands, complete a COVID-19 prescreening questionnaire and complete temperature check upon arrival and before entering your designated boardroom.
Thank you for your continued participation in keeping our province safe.
